1. Introduction
Welcome to Lupson Herbal India. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
2. Products & Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate information, but errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct pricing and cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders can be placed online via UPI, cards, net banking, or Cash on Delivery (where available). An order is confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery timelines (typically 2–7 business days depending on location) are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
5. No Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or allergic reactions, except where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered — such cases must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.
6. Product Usage & Disclaimer
Our products are herbal cosmetic formulations and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Please perform a patch test before first use. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if irritation occurs.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, text, images, and product formulations — is the property of Lupson Herbal India and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
